I find that helping them in a handstand position from the floor and walking up the pole to a handstand-invert, often shows them the strength needed. Everyone wants to do the cool tricks, but it takes time and hard work...but safety first and good form will pay off.</description>

Throwing in &quot;hard stuff&quot; while dancing turns it into a wonderful interval workout, too.  And the awesome thing about pole is that there&#039;s always hard stuff, no matter how advanced you are.</description>

		<description>My dad was my problem he had no issue with the pole itself but I wasn&#039;t allowed it in the spare room due to it possibly &quot;damaging the ceiling&quot; I ended up having it put up in the garage with him building a very secure ceiling attachment! :)</description>

		<description>Yes, lots of people have their poles outside. You can look into a stage pole, which does not need to be fixed to anything at the top (eg X Stage, Platinum Stages etc), or a portable or semi permanent pole that could be installed under an outside beam or balcony.</description>
